Socially Designs (“us”, “we” or “our”) built the Socially Apps (“the Service”) as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Socially Designs and is intended for use as is.

Exercising Your CCPA Data Protection Rights

The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.

Refund and Cancellation


Refund: All subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual plans) are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, the payment is final and cannot be refunded, whether the service is used or unused during the subscription period.
Payments for promotional offers, discounts, or free trial upgrades are also non-refundable.


Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation prevents further charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.


Exceptions: While refunds are generally not provided, exceptions may apply in cases of: Double billing or duplicate purchases.

Permissions Requested


The App may request the following permissions:


  1. Vibrate Access: The permissions VIBRATE may be required to vibrate phone in the events of various functions.
  2. Network Access: For all the function of app data comes through our server for which network is needed.
  3. Storage Access: To customise the editable posters and videos you need to give storage permissions, it also require for save to your device purpose.
  4. Notification Access: You receive important update regarding app.
  5. Record Audio: To customise the video you can record and add your voice in videos and images.
  6. Wake Lock: to keep device screen on during usage of app.
  7. Call Phone: To call support team through contact us button.
  8. Billing: For new subscription and purchase and restore your subscription and purchase.
  9. Camera: User can capture images and videos to customise editable posters and videos.

Data Retention and Deletion


Application data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device.User data collected is automatically deleted after 90 days. If users want to delete their data, they can contact us using the email or phone number provided below:

Analytics


We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.


Google Analytics:

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Protection Against Malware and Network Abuse


Malware Protection: We regularly scan the App for malware or malicious code, ensuring it remains safe for users. We encourage users to download the App from trusted sources like the Google Play Store.


Network Abuse: The App does not engage in network abuse, such as unauthorized data transmission, spamming, or overuse of network resources. We comply with network usage policies to prevent any negative impact on your device’s performance.

Children’s Privacy


These App or Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions and for resolution of any dispute arising out of use of the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, users agree that (i) Socially Designs has the right to bring any proceedings before any court/forum of competent jurisdiction and user irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts or forum; and (ii) any proceeding brought by users shall be exclusively before the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

The Socially App, including all design, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio-clips, video-clips, artwork, graphic material, code, content, protocols, software, and documentation provided to you by Socially Designs are Socially Designs's property or the property of Socially App’ licensors, and are protected by international copyright, trademarks, patents and other proprietary rights and laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" means, collectively, rights under patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret laws, and any other intellectual property or proprietary rights recognized in any country or jurisdiction worldwide, including, without limitation, moral or similar rights. You may not delete, alter, or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice we or Third Party Partners have placed on or within the Socially Apps. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are expressly reserved to Socially Designs and its licensors.


Socially Designs and Socially App names, logos and affiliated properties, are the exclusive property of Socially Designs or its affiliates. All other trademarks appearing on any Socially Apps are trademarks of their respective owners, and the use of such trademarks shall inure to the benefit of the trademark owner. Our partners or service providers may also have additional proprietary rights in the content which they make available through a Socially App. The trade names, trademarks and service marks owned by us, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. Nothing contained in herein should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any of our trade names, trademarks or service marks without our express prior written consent.
